Luckily the minty hardbody wasn’t up top. Apparently just happened on I-5 by Tacoma.

Man, Zoidberg is gonna be crushed when he finds out his shipment was destroyed so close to home.

Calling that Nissan a “junk car” is HERESY

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to spot that. Didn’t count on Mr. Toyota to be the one to catch it though.

I5 just before Bridgeport
mmmmmmmm ... $1 Chinese Food

As if traffic through there wasn’t bad enough...

Oh yeah I forgot about that place, never tried it for some unknown
reason. I always take 167 to go south so I can avoid traffic and see
where Elon buys his factories:

Not quite, I think this is the spur that crosses into JBLM, a bit further north from where the train went off.

Only if you think rectal bleeding is a reason to go to the ER.

It’s so bad there, especially on Fridays. I forgot it was Friday once and tried to go from exit 127 to exit 1 18 (Super Buffet in Dupont ) around 5:30 in the evening. It took almost an hour.
Totally worth it though.

Unfortunately, I worked on Fort Lewis (exit 120) and lived in Spanaway (exit 125 or 127) it was a 12 m ile drive that on average took me 40ish minutes .
I have taken the targa top out of C4 Corvette and the T-tops out of a 4th gen Camaro sitting in stopped traffic on I5 northbound.

That’s not even a Hardbody, that’s a 720! AKA the Nissan Datsun (see
vertical taillights)
. Most of those have turned to dust.

It is, I always called them that, but I guess that started with the subsequent generation. Yes they are certainly a rare sight - t
hey’re usually
rusty even
in the Pacific NW - which is pretty much unpossible.

I used to live on Front St. in Issaquah, and I worked just north of 90 by Costco.
Morning commute: 5 mins
Afternoons: unknown, I’d just get halfway home, park and walk, then come back after supper

You get lost with your teriyaki talk. I’ll make an exception if you FedEx me some Spicy Chicken from Japan Ginger in Issaquah.

I definitely want to move back.
But...
3 bed 2 bath 1600ish sq ft house in the area we would want to live if we move back to WA. $330,000
3 bed 2 bath 1600ish sq ft house in the area we want to live in once we move to Indy. $217,000
Teriyaki, $1 Chinese food, fresh seafood and uhhhh , other things that can be purchased in WA but not IN almost make up for the cost of living but not quite.

Oh man, if you only knew what I sold my 1-bedroom house for...

They really all just look like cheap used cars destined for some buy here/pay here lot, none of them are exactly junk per se.

Your old place was a 1 bed? That could never work for us. I love my wife and she is an amazing person and I am pretty sure she feels the same about me butttt ... I am pretty sure we would kill each other without a little space.
Oh man, if you only knew what I sold my 1-bedroom house for...
I can only imagine, we did quite well when we sold our place in Tacoma and it was on the far outer edges of reasonable commute to Seattle.

I could never live in Issaquah, Triple XXX Rootbeer floats and the diabeetus would kill me way too young.

Yeah more square feet has been goodly.
Here’s one on the wrong side of Broadway for sale in my old neck of the woods.

That is ridiculous, in the town we are in now that is I am so rich I live on the golf course money.
If we spent that much in Indy we could be in full-blown brand new McMansion territory.

When I’m passing through on my way to Ocean Shores on Friday and I’ve been sitting for 3 hours I’ll be cursing you!
![]() 08/24/2018 at 21:35 |

You can’t curse me I moved, I am one less asshole stuck on I5.
What time are you planning on leaving?

After work so 5-ish. It’ll be a shit show

LOL, the root beer floats are the only reason to go there. Noodle Boat and Flying Pie are soooo much better.

That’s perfect, you’ll be in Ocean Shores just in time for breakfast Saturday.
Actually, it might not be that bad around JBLM. Most of the military and civilians will probably have a 4 day weekend. Which means you’ll make it to $1 Chinese Food around dinner time. YOU WIN!!!

I still had one until this spring. Maybe the last one in Wisconsin, but still...
Was in the middle of a KA24 swap, but lost storage and had to sell her. S
old it to a guy that wanted to RB26 swap it.
